Pinnacle Support Services offer a set of core hours as a best value way to meet the needs of the people we support.

This is so we can support vulnerable people with a learning disability, autism and/or mental health condition flexibly and respond to situations as they arise.

Pinnacle Support Services will determine through person centred planning how best to support everyone and regularly review how we deliver our support. Additional support that an individual requires will be identified in the person's support plan. These compliment the core hours and are usually commissioned after an assessment has been completed by the local authority (LA) or NHS. This can vary from a few hours a week to a combination of day and night support through to 1:1 support. Our hourly rates will be in line with best value expectations and providers in the local area. The person can choose who delivers this support, e.g., through a direct payment.
